Summer 2024, Flat started with a simple idea — make burgers the way they're supposed to be.
At the time, it was just a small takeaway spot in Muscat. No big menu, no distractions. Just properly smashed beef and flavors that hit every time.
Word got around. One order turned into another. People came back, then brought others with them. What started small didn't stay that way for long.
But the idea never changed.
We didn't try to do everything.
We just focused on doing one thing right.
And we still do.
